Smile Hotel Wangsa Maju

Quiet and clean.

Didn't like the hair dryer in the bathroom. High risk of possible electrocution in wet conditions. Better place it outside the bath area in the room itself.

Easy check in/out process. There's a 99 Speedmart very close by. Hotel parking is provided at the basement, with ample space. The bed was comfortable. Can't say much about the shower and lack of coffee making facility, though, but I am not complaining. Soundproofing was good. There's a remarkably modern kind of elevator, rather small and slow, but the stairs were better for us.

Shower head needed replacement.

The pictures look better, the rooms need maintenance. This is more of a motel, not a hotel. The water wasn't working for a bit and when it came back black dirt was coming out. The price is on par with actual quality hotels so it was not worth what I got.

Location at the city and closer to the mosque

Room free space is very limited, mostly accupied by Queen bed ..

On the whole, we enjoyed the hospitality at Smile Hotel Wangsa Maju and we had a wonderful experience of staying there. The location is good, the staff is courteous, the facilities were awesome. I would definitely recommend Smile Hotel Wangsa Maju as it is a great place for guests to relax and enjoy themselves.

Walking distance to LRT station. Many eateries places so easy to find food.Room also clean and cosy.

Maybe can provide mini fridge

Strategic location..

Omg.. I have been here before this many timea and gives good review..But last time i felt uncomfartable.. Broken shower.. Even tissue aso not provided.. Aircond also not cool.. Midnight no internet..

It is an amazing room, I like it. The surrounding building has a convenience store and restaurants. It's easy to get food or any necessities. Quite far but walkable for me to get to the lrt station.

Can't make too much noise as the wall isn't thick enough to block noises from other rooms. A lot of rooms try to be squeezed into a building.

The room is so small. Not reasonable with the price rm120/night. The room has no closet and freezer. ?

1. Receptionist's attitude:Receptionist should be more friendlier and explained well to the guest for check in/ check out by using kiosk system. It's is SMILE HOTEL but i'm not received any welcoming smile from the receptionist upon check in. 2. HotelAlong the hall, we smelt cigarette smoke which was not convenient to bring kids together. Overall, the bed / the room , the cleanliness was pleasant. ( the sink in the bathroom clogged, but i did not lodged report to the counter)
